A: I work with adults, teens, and couples seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and more. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to all.
Q: What therapy approaches do you use?
A: I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Existential Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, blending science-backed strategies with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes! I’m paneled with most major insurance providers, including Aetna, Optum, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Quest, and Cigna. I also offer private-pay sessions.
Q: How much does a session cost?
A: I accept Insurance which will cover the cost of the session, though you may have to pay a copay. My self-pay rate is $150 per session.

A: Absolutely. Your privacy is my top priority—everything discussed in session is confidential.
Q: Do you offer virtual appointments?
A: Yes, I offer only online sessions. I will soon have in-person session as well.
Q: What if I’m new to therapy?
A: No problem! Many clients are new to therapy. I’ll guide you through the process and answer any questions you have along the way.
