Jacob Biancardi LMHC CSAYC
Jacob Biancardi is a fully licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience working with clients of all ages and from all walks of life. His career began in residential placements, where he supported youth with complex behavioral, emotional, and trauma-related needs. He later worked as a contracted case worker serving Department of Child Services (DCS) clients, gaining extensive experience navigating child welfare systems, family dynamics, and court-involved cases.
Jacob earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ball State University and his Master of Education from Purdue University with a focus in Mental Health Counseling. As a therapist, he has worked extensively with probation-involved clients, DCS-referred families, and adolescents with problematic sexual behaviors. He also has advanced experience completing psychosexual assessments, as well as clinical, parenting, and trauma-focused assessments.
Jacob brings a thoughtful, grounded, and comprehensive approach to therapy and assessment, combining clinical expertise with a deep understanding of systems, accountability, and meaningful change.
Natalie Huddleston MS MFT
Natalie is a Marriage and Family Therapist with a strong background in education, creativity, and clinical practice. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Purdue University in 2015 and her Master of Science in Education in 2018. As a special education teacher, Natalie spent much of her time supporting students with behavioral and emotional needs, building a solid foundation in behavioral interventions, emotional regulation, and individualized support.
In 2024, Natalie completed her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and has since been practicing as a therapist, working with clients of all ages and from all walks of life. She provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, approaching each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique experiences.
Natalie uses a systemic, relational approach to help clients understand patterns that shape emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Her clinical interests include trauma, anxiety, disruptive behaviors, behavioral modification, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. She is particularly passionate about helping couples and families strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create healthier dynamics. Drawing from over a decade of experience teaching art, Natalie also incorporates creative and expressive techniques when helpful to support meaningful and lasting change.
